When personal data is collected through the contact form on the aforementioned website or through other forms related to the website’s activities, such as newsletter subscriptions, the user must complete at least those fields marked as mandatory. Failure to provide the required data will prevent DigitalSkills from accepting or managing the requested web service or inquiry.

3. COOKIES

DigitalSkills does not produce statistical reports regarding users’ access habits and activities on our website and therefore does not collect any type of “cookies”.

Regarding external sources, this website only uses content from Google, namely Google Fonts, Google Maps, and the Google API to obtain the jQuery library. The use of these external sources is not intended to collect users’ personal data nor does it allow their identification.

 

4. COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

One of the purposes for which we process personal data provided by users is to send electronic communications containing information related to relevant news.

Whenever we make such communications, they will be directed exclusively to users who have previously and expressly authorized them.
